RFP Landfill Post Closure Monitoring

POST CLOSURE MONITORING

CLAREMONT LANDFILL

CLAREMONT, NH

 

The City of Claremont permanently closed its unlined landfill effective July, 2002.  As a result, the city is now required to monitor the landfill for the next 30 years.  To comply with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Waste Management Division post-closure monitoring at the Claremont landfill, the city is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the monitoring. The assignment may also require the development of the groundwater management permit renewal application and compliance with the terms of said permit.

 

The term of this contract will be (3) years beginning January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025; with a (2) year renewable option.

Sealed proposals must be submitted no later than Wednesday, November 16, 2022 @ 10:00 AM to the City Manager’s Office, City Hall, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Please mark “landfill – post closure monitoring bid” on the outside of the sealed envelope.
