RFP: DPW- Pickup Truck (Highway Department)
Bid Specifications
City of Claremont, New Hampshire
The City of Claremont’s Department of Public Works is soliciting formal proposals for the purchase of one (1) 2025 model year or newer 1 ton, 4x4, unleaded gas, pick-up truck with a 4-door extended cab and an 8’ bed.
There will be no vehicle being traded in, as current truck will be sold on auction site after delivery of new truck.
Attached are the specifications for the vehicle and a Bid Sheet for you to submit your proposal.
Proposals will be accepted at the Office of the City Manager, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, on Friday, February 14th, 2025 @ 10:15AM – at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Please mark “RFP – DPW – Highway Pickup Truck” on the outside of the sealed envelope.
Persons submitting proposals should note on the bid sheet any deviations from the specifications. Persons submitting should also note any options that in their opinion would be mission critical for its use in a municipal public works department. Any recommended options should be priced separately.
The City of Claremont reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal to be in the City’s best interest.
