REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

RFP: DPW- (2) Small Dump Trucks with Plow Equipment

The City of Claremont’s Department of Public Works is soliciting formal proposals for the purchase of two (2) 2024 Small Dump Trucks with Plow Equipment - 22,000 GVWR or suitable substitute, 4x4; with municipal combination body and a complete municipal right hand flare reversible plow & wing assembly.
 
Attached are the specifications for this vehicle and a Bid Sheet to submit your proposal. 
 
Proposals will be accepted at the Office of the City Manager, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743, and must be received by May 30th, 2024 @ 10:00 am– at which time they will be  opened and publicly read aloud. Please mark “Small Dump Trucks Bid” on the outside of the sealed envelope.
 
Persons submitting proposals should note on the bid sheet any deviations from the specifications. Persons submitting should also note any options that in their opinion would be mission critical for its use in a municipal public works department. Any recommended options should be priced separately.
 
Included in your bid, should be proposed delivery date. 
 
The City of Claremont reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal to be in the City’s best interest.
